Q: How do I place an order?
A: Choose the item you are interested in and place your custom order request.
Q: Can I order a half dozen?
A: At this time I only offer cupcakes by the dozen.
Q: How much are your cupcakes?
A: There are different cupcake designs that I offer and each one has a starting price associated with them. Anything decorated has a starting price and final pricing will be discussed once we confirm what you are looking for.
Q: Do you provide any gluten-free, nut-free, or vegan products?
A: Unfortunately, not at this time.
Q: Do you deliver?
A: No, pick up location is in Fishers, IN. Exact address will sent via text the day before pick up.
Q: How far in advance should I place an order?
A: I request at least 2 weeks in advance for any order placed. If it is a decorated order that requires custom tags, please place at least 3 weeks in advance. Sooner is always better.
Q: When is payment due and do I need to make a deposit?
A: All orders are due in full at the time of ordering to secure your order and date. I do not accept half payment at order and half at pick up.
Q: Can you ship any of your cupcakes?
A: Unfortunately, I do not. All of my products are for local pick up only.
Q: Do you offer refunds?
A: I am willing to refund any order up to 7 days prior to your pickup date. No refunds will be given for any orders that are already prepared, which includes any holiday items as well. If an order is left 24 hours after pick up date and time will be forfeited with no refund unless otherwise arranged by myself.
